An occurrence located near Black Mountain, approximately 8 miles E of Cambria and about 15 miles S of old highway 41.

Mineralization is spherical geodes from 5 to 10 cm to nearly 1 meter diameter hosted in the Cabria Felsite Volcanic Unit.
