An occurrence located in sec. 36, T6S, R35E, MDM, about 5.2 km (3.2 miles) SSE of Index Hill (coordinates of record), and about 10 km just N of W from Deep Springs (Deep Springs Valley), along Birch Creek near the confluence of the North Fork Birch Creek with the South Fork Birch Creek on National Forest land.
