U.S. Bureau of Mines Open-File Report 63-78, Location 18, p. 21 was reported to be a reference but was not recovered by Kelley in the last review.
Location: Accurate to within 2,220 meters (4,000 ft). Brosge' and Reiser, 1976, Location 42; Grybeck, 1977, p. 40, Location 10.
Geology: Chalcopyrite is present in brecciated quartzite of the Kekiktuk Conglomerate of Early Mississippian age.
Age: Post Mississippian; brecciation implys Cretaceous or early Tertiary age synchronous with thusting in the northeastern Brooks Range.
