Location: This occurrence is west of Allen River, about 4.5 miles northeast of Gunsight Mountain. The occurrence is at an elevation of about 2,750 feet in the SE1/4 section 19, T. 31 N., R. 19 W., of the Fairbanks Meridian. The location is accurate within one-half mile.
Geology: This occurrence consists of copper sulfides and malachite staining in a Devonian pebble conglomerate that is below the contact between a basal, phyllite and slate unit that been overthrust by Devonian, Skajit Limestone (Brosge and Reiser, 1960). No other information is available.
Workings: Only surface sampling.
Alteration: Oxidation of copper mineral(s).
