Location: Cobb (1972, MF-413), loc. 59; SE1/4NE1/4 sec. 8, T. 6 N., R. 11 W., of the Fairbanks Meridian. This placer mine is on Quail Creek, between Green Gulch and Eldorado Creek, about 2 miles NNE of Wolverine Mountain.
Geology: Bench and/or creek placers were mined sporadically from 1898 to as recently as 1940 (Cobb, 1976; OFR 76-633). No data on total production.
