Location: Fall Creek is a west-flowing tributary to Michigan Creek; its mouth is about 6 miles southwest of Ipnek Mountain. The exact locations of placer prospects on Fall Creek are unknown and the site is arbitrarily placed approximately 1 mile upstream from its mouth.
Geology: Reed (1938) did not visit visit Fall Creek but was told that it flowed entirely over schist and that very good prospects had been found on it in the early 1900's. No other information is available on these prospects.

Age: Quaternary.
