Bjørlykke locality n° 13.
A granite pegmatite quarried for feldspar on the eastern slope of the hill Frøysåsås on the land of the farm Frøysås. The quarry was opened in 1929.
Both Bjørlykke (1934) and Stensrud (2009) place this quarry in the middle between Frøyså 2 and the road (Rossåsveien).
The altitude map shows no recognizable quarry in that area. However, at the given coordinates there is a low, almost rectangular hill. The right wall might hide the entrance to a quarry. There seem to be signs of prospecting.
235 m to the west there is another possible quarry (58.41671,7.88293), but that would be way off. Needs to be confirmed by fieldwork.
