This old mine is in a fairly thick bed of pyrite. Specimens of good-sized cubes, singles and groups, will be found along with an abundance of small crystals.
Anonymous (1965).The reference does not specify which mine is identified, so using its sketch map, I placed the coordinates on a small hill with workings easily visible on The National Map lidar hillshade layer.
