An old abandoned copper-gold mine located 7.4 km SSE of Glenorchy homestead. Shafts were sunk to about 20m on a lode ~1m wide with very rich copper and coarse gold specimens. 35t of ore gave a return of 15% Cu and 2oz Au/t.
