A large silver mine located directly across Governor Basin from the Virginius Mine. The Mountain Top consisted of two major adits, with several miles of workings driven overall. The upper adit (also called the Sunrise tunnel) was the main one, while the lower adit was largely unprofitable.
Note: MRDS lists the workings as going into San Miguel County, this is not true.
