A gold-platinum placer mine located near the mouth of Cedar Creek, 10 miles up the beach from La Push. This placer produced a reported $5,000 in Au and 5 oz of Pt prior to 1917. The deposit is a 2-15 inch thick layer of sand in a wave cut bench of clay.
