Type:
Fluellite and Minyulite, along with Variscite, Turqoise and Wavellite, were found at Wolffdene as veins in cherts and mudstones of the Neranleigh-Fernvale group of Palaeozoic age.
The Fluellite occurs as coatings of micro to 0.3mm colourless crystals on botryoidal green variscite.
The Minyulite has a high fluorine content.
While the Murray (see below)lists the locality as Wolffdene it is possible that the locality is the nearby quarry at Luscombe which is approximately 2,500 metres East of Wolffdene.
