A Cu-Pb-Ag occurrence located along Cottonwood Wash about 3 miles N or Cottonwood Hill.

Mineralization is a quartz vein deposit with a tabular orebody striking E-W and dipping 75N, at 0.91 meters thick and 304.8 meters long. Alteration is sericitic with gossan.
