A former Fe mine in magnetite ore located about 1¼ miles SE of New Milford (New York). Started 1878; reopened 1882-1883. The ore vein was 5 to 6 feet (1.6 to 2 meters) wide. Workings featured a 128 foot deep shaft with a total of 6 shafts and shallow pits.
