A former W-Cu-Au-Ag-Pb-Bi-Mo mine located in secs. 1, 2 & 12, T19N, R15W, and in sec. 36, T20N, R15W, G&SRM, 4.5 miles SE of Deasn Peak, in Jackman Wash, on Bureau of Land Management administered land. Owned by Kay, Harrison, and Lewis (1951-). Worked by Blevins & Maddox (1940's) and Ray & Jensen Ressler (1940's). Owned by Elmer Harrison, George Lewis, Arizona (1959) and by J. T. Jordan, Arizona (1959). The USGS MRDS database stated accuracy for this locality is 100 meters.

Mineralization is a polymetallic deposit hosted in gneiss. The ore body strikes N30W and dips 75SW at a width of 0.3 meter and a length of 182.88 meters. The ore occurs in narrow bands and small crystalline masses. Ore control was veins striking N25-30W and dipping 70-75SW, and fissures with a minor system striking N with a nearly vertical dip. Alteration is iron stain and coarse, flaky sericite. Associated rocks include Late Cretaceous-Neoproterozoic granite. Local rocks include Early Tertiary to Late Cretaceous granitic rocks and/or Early Proterozoic granitic rocks.

Workings include unspecified surface openings.
