Arrest (2026)

On April 10, 2026, Cichowski was arrested at his residence in Flagler County, Florida, after a domestic disturbance involving two elderly persons. The police report alleged that Cichowski battered two elderly persons by hitting one with a cane and throwing a cell phone at the other. The report also alleged he had a firearm and made multiple threats of bodily harm toward himself and others.

The Flagler County Sheriff's Office charged Cichowski with eight felony charges that included two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, two counts of battery on a person over 65, aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, tampering with a witness, and two counts of robbery by sudden snatching. According the Sheriff's office, Cichowski remained in protective custody under Florida's Baker Act while the case was pending.Cichowski's initial court appearance was on May 5, 2026.
