Named after the country, Bolivia, in which several different localities for the mineral were alleged.
Synonym:
A synonym of Stannite
A mineral so poorly described in 1926 that it is not possible to identify with certainty. Foshag (1926) thought the material could be a mixture of sphalerite and covelline. Federico Ahlfeld (1927) thought it was probably stannite.
