Found as long laths intergrown with 'UM2000-60-Si:Fe', FeSi (naquite?), and FeTiSi2 (probably zangboite), within a metallic globule in glass of Winans Lake fulgurite.

Compare florenskyite and badengzhuite, the only other currently (2024) known approved Ti-bearing phosphide minerals.
