In uraninite-bearing shale and adjacent dolomite of the Lubin and Polkowice mines, within Zechstein Cu deposits of the Fore-Sudetic Monocline, Poland.

The most common Pd mineral of the above deposits. As grains, up to 50 microns in size,

One of a few Pd-As minerals known; other ones from similar site include 'Unnamed (Pd Arsenide)', 'Unnamed (Pd Arsenide II)', 'UM1975-06-As:Pd', 'UM1984-01-As:AgAuCuNiPdS', 'UM1984-06-As:Pd' and 'UM1984-07-As:Pd'.
