Comments:"At Jindivick, cowlesite occurs as soft, platy, radiating crystals forming brilliant white balls, up to 0.5 mm across, in small vesicles in the basalt. Cleavages across the balls have a characteristic pearly lustre. Cowlesite is closely associated with levyne, with the two minerals often occurring in adjacent vesicles."
