Comments:Clinozoisite formed in eclogites as retrograde mineral in pressure shadows of garnet pseudomorphs, and as wrapping around the garnet pseudomorphs.

Epidote/clinozoisite is also found in amphibole–plagioclase symplectites as elongated crystals
Quality for species:Poor for species, only of interest for locality collectors. (#)
