A former gypsum mine located on the S side of Burges Canyon (also in the NE¼SE¼ sec. 16), 7.5 km (4.6 miles) SE of Ventucopa (Santa Barbara County). NOTE: MRDS titles this locality a prospect but states it is a past producer, making it a mine.
