A former lode Au-Ag-Pb-Cu-Zn mine located in sec. 30, T1S, R16E, MDM, 0.5 km (1,700 feet) NW of Big Oak Flat, on the lower S slope of Tip Top Peak, on private land. MRDS database accuracy for this location is not stated.

Mineralization is hosted in granite. The ore body is 1.22 meters thick. Local rocks include Paleozoic marine rocks, undivided, unit 4 (Western Sierra Nevada) and/or Mesozoic granitic rocks, unit 3 (Sierra Nevada, Death Valley area, Northern Mojave Desert and Transverse Ranges).

Workings include underground openings comprised of a 50 foot deep shaft, reported in 1896.
