A former lode Au mine located in sec. 32 (& 7 ?), T35N, R10W, MDM, (UTM estimated. Land unsurveyed for township-range - projected), 3.5 km (2.2 miles) ESE of Dedrick in the Big East Fork Canyon Creek area, on Bureau of Land Management land (Trinity Alps Wilderness). MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 1,000 meters.
Mineralization is hosted in granite. Local rocks include Mesozoic granitic rocks, unit 5 (Klamath Mountains).
Workings include underground openings comprised of 2 adits at 90 feet and 210 feet.
No production record found. Said to have produced some high-grade ore.
