A former Cr-PGE (Pt-Ir-Rh-Ru-Pd) mine located 0.7 km (2,500 feet) S of Tedoc Mountain, on the slopes of the mountain and at the northern approach to Tedoc Pass, on National Forest land. The property consisted of 20 claims in 1918. Owned by the Tedoc Mining Co. (1918). Operated by Agard and Stewart (1918). MRDS database accuracy for this location is not stated.

Mineralization is a Cr-PGE deposit (Deposit model: 15: Podiform chromite (minor); USGS model code 8a), hosted in rocks of the Knoxville Formation (dunite). The ore body is comprised of massive lenses. Controls for ore emplacement included magmatic segregation. Alteration is local and involves partial to complete serpentinization. Local rocks include ultramafic rocks, chiefly Mesozoic, unit 2 (Western Sierra Nevada and Klamath Mountains).
Workings include surface openings comprised of several shallow cuts in 1918.
