A pumice deposit/mine located in sec. 35, T27N, R3E, MDM, 2.5 km (8,100 feet) ESE of Sugarloaf (coordinates of record). Owned-Operated by the Diamond International, Inc., California (1981). MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 1,000 meters.

Local rocks include Tertiary volcanic flow rocks, unit 17 (Cascade Range).
