A placer Au occurrence/mine located in sec. 5, T4N, R10W, MDM, near Seahaven, on the ocean side of Tomales Point, on National Park Service land (Point Reyes National Seashore). Exact location not ascertained. Worked in the 1860's. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 1,000 meters.
Mineralization is a beach placer. Local rocks include rocks of the Franciscan melange.
