A volcanic cinders deposit/occurrence located in sec. 12, T44N, R3W, MDM, 0.8 km (2,500 feet) WSW of Little Deer Mountain, on National Forest land. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 500 meters.

Local rocks include recent (Holocene) volcanic flow rocks, unit 1 (Cascade Volcanic Field).
