There is a separate MRDS file (#10116542) with a separate MAS-MILS file (#0060910675) that pertains to the "Cowell" locality; however, that latter file places that (sic) locality in sec. 5, T21N, R10E with geographic coordinates of -120.88574, 39.70958. The "Cowell" locality is specifically stated as being a placer occurrence, while the MRDS file pertaining to this locality infers a lode deposit (prospect + underground openings).
