A pumice mine located in sec. 25, T35N, R2W, MDM, 9.0 km (5.6 miles) WSW of Blue Mountain (coordinates of record), along Van Ness Creek, on U.S. Bureau of Reclamation land (Clair Engle Lake) and National Forest land. Owner-Operator was Fruit Growers Supply, California (1991). MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 100 meters.

Local rocks include carboniferous marine rocks, unit 4 (Eastern Klamath Mountains).

Workings include surface openings (pit).
