A former lode Au mine located in sec. 33, T33N, R7W, MDM, 3.9 km (2.4 miles) SW of French Gulch, along Willow Creek. Property consists of 1 claim. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 500 meters.

Mineralization is hosted in andesite and slate. The ore body strikes NE and dips 45E at a thickness of 1.52 meters and a depth-to-top of 0.0 meters. Therev are 3 sub-parallel veins, one at the contact of the slate hanging wall. Meta-andesite is on the foot wall. One vein is in the fault fissure of meta-andesite. The ore contains 2% sulphides. Local rocks include Paleozoic metavolcanic rocks, unit 1 (Eastern Klamath Mountains).

Workings include surface and underground openings with an overall depth of 60.96 meters. An adit is on the vein 400 feet. Extended 120 feet (1930's), at 150 feet below the surface. Development began in 1887. Surface cuts exposed high grade ore. Underground development in the 1920's and 1930's produced low-grade ore.
