A Cr occurrence/claim located in sec. 35, T37N, R6W, MDM, 5.9 km (3.7 miles) SW of Rattlesnake Hill (coordinates of record), along an unnamed tributary of Slate Creek, near the Trinity County line. Located just below the ridge crest, about 1 mile beyond the end of road that goes across the Sacramento Mountains, northward from the county road. Owned by A.D. Grafton. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 1,000 meters.

Mineralization is a Cr deposit hosted in Harzburgite. Local rocks include ultramafic rocks, chiefly Mesozoic, unit 1 (Trinity Ophiolite).
