A former lode Cu-Ag-Au mine located in sec. 21, T34N, R3W, MDM, 0.2 km (800 feet) SSW of Killanger Peak, about 1 mile N of Copper City, on National Forest land. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 1,000 meters.
Mineralization is hosted in porphyry and quartzite. The ore body strikes NE and dips NW, at a width of 24.38 meters. Porphyry forms the hanging wall and quartzite the footwall. Local rocks include Mesozoic volcanic rocks, unit 5 (Northern Sierra Nevada and Eastern Klamath Mountains).
Workings include underground (?) openings and total 121.92 meters in length and 53.34 meters in overall depth.
