A former lode Au-Cu mine located in sec. 10, T32N, R5W, MDM, 2.4 km (8,000 feet) SW of Newtown. Property consists of 3 claims. Production years were in the 1880's to early 1900's. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 1,000 meters.

Mineralization is hosted in diorite. The ore body is pinch and swell in form, strikes E and dips 15N at a thickness of 0.51 meters and a depth-to-top of 0.0 meters, and a length of 76.2 meters. The ore tends to have higher Cu sulfide concentrations at depth. Local rocks include Paleozoic metavolcanic rocks, unit 1 (Eastern Klamath Mountains).

Workings include underground openings comprised of a 1,000 foot adit, several hundred feet of drifts, raises,and stopes. Only one of several veins on the property was worked. The ore shoot is 200 feet by 20 inches.
