A stone (dimension) deposit/quarry located in sec. 31, T5S, R1E, MDM, 3.8 km (2.3 miles) N of Milpitas, along the W side of Interstate highway 680, along the Alameda County line. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 1,000 meters. NOTE: This is now clearly a built-up, residential area.

Local rocks include Quaternary alluvium and marine deposits.
