A former clay deposit/pit operation located in the center NE¼SW¼ sec. 24, T7S, R1W, MDM, 0.8 km (0.5 mile; 2,700 feet) ESE of Fruitdale and 4.4 km (2.7 miles) SW of San Jose proper, on private land. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 100 meters.

Local rocks include Quaternary alluvium and marine deposits.
