A former Au-Ag occurrence/mine located in the NW¼SE¼NW¼ sec. 24, T6S, R5W, MDM, 4.7 km (2.9 miles) ENE of Lobitos and 9.2 km (5.7 miles) WSW of Woodside, along the western slope of Durham Ridge (1.5 miles S of Bald Knob), on private land. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 1,000 meters.

Local rocks include Eocene marine rocks.
