A Cu occurrence located in sec. 16, T1N, R13E, SBM, 11.8 km (7.4 miles) SE of Sheep Hole Pass (coordinates of record), on state owned land in the Sheep Hole Valley Wilderness. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 100 meters.

This property was examined in conjunction with the mineral appraisal of the Sheep Hole/Cadiz Wilderness Study Area (Bureau of Land Management) in 1980-1981. Backup information can be found in the WFOC mineral property files.

Local rocks include pre-Cenozoic metasedimentary and metavolcanic rocks undivided.
