A Au-Ag occurrence/prospect located in sec. 26, T2N, R6W, SBM, 3.1 km (1.9 miles) SE of Scotland and 4.6 km (2.9 miles) SSE of Lytle Creek (town), along the W canyon wall of Lytle Creek (stream), on National Forest land (located claim). MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 10 meters.

Local rocks include Mesozoic granitic rocks, unit 3 (Sierra Nevada, Death Valley area, Northern Mojave Desert and Transverse Ranges).

Workings include unspecified surface openings (the topo map reflects an open cast mine symbol labeled "gravel pit" at the end of an unimproved, dead end road at this point).
