A granite deposit/quarry located in the SE¼SE¼ sec. 1, T10N, R4E, SBM, 0.6 km (0.4 mile) WSW of Lynx Cat Mountain (coordinates of record), NNW of Hinkley in the Water Valley. Owned & operated by the Calico Rock Milling, Inc. (100%), California (1990). MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 10 meters.

Local rocks include Quaternary alluvium and marine deposits.

Workings include unspecified surface openings (the USGS MRDS database file infers a quarry operation in its title).
