A former lode Au-Cu-Pb-Ag occurrence/mine located in sec. 11, T12N, R10E, SBM, 5.4 km (3.4 miles) NNW of Old Dad Mountain (coordinates of record), on federal reservation land (Mojave National Preserve/East Mojave National Scenic Area). Operated by Wind River Mining Corp. (1985). MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 10 meters.

Mineralization is hosted in limestone. The deposit is oxidized and lies along a contact. Associated rocks include granite. Local rocks include Precambrian rocks, undivided, unit 2 (Mojave Desert and Transverse Ranges).

Workings include underground openings comprised of short adits, shallow cuts and a 700 foot long exploration tunnel beneath older workings.
