A former W occurrence/mine located in secs. 19 & 20, T30S, R41E, MDM, 0.5 km (0.3 mile) WSW of Atolia. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 100 meters.
Mineralization is hosted in quartz monzonite. There are several carbonate-quartz veins. Local rocks include Mesozoic granitic rocks, unit 3 (Sierra Nevada, Death Valley area, Northern Mojave Desert and Transverse Ranges).
Workings include underground openings comprised of 2 unconnected shafts 83 feet apart. There are several 100 foot drifts in the W shaft. The deepest shaft is 242 feet on the incline.
