A former Cu-Pb-Zn-Au-Ag occurrence/mine located in sec. 16, T3N, R16E, SBM, 2.7 km (1.7 miles) SSW of Chubbuck, in the northern Kilbeck Hills. Operated in 1914. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 1,000 meters.
The ore body has a depth-to-top of 13.72 meters. Local rocks include Precambrian rocks, undivided, unit 2 (Mojave Desert and Transverse Ranges).
Workings include underground openings comprised of a 325 foot adit that cuts a complex sulfide zone (the topo map reflects 1 open cast mine symbol labeled "mine" at this point).
