A Cu-Au-Ag occurrence/prospect located in the SW¼NW¼ sec. 26, T3N, R22E, SBM, 1.8 km (1.1 miles) WSW of Pyramid Butte (coordinates of record), E of US highway 95. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 100 meters.
Mineralization is hosted in Neoproterozoic gneiss. The ore body strikes N20E and dips vertically. The deposit involves a fissure. Local rocks include Tertiary volcanic flow rocks, unit 16 (Northern Mojave Desert).
Workings include underground openings comprised of a vertical shaft, now caved. The owners report a 40 foot shaft.
