A gemstone-Be prospect located in the SE¼NE¼SE¼ sec. 19, T7S, R5E, SBM, 4.0 km (2.5 miles) WNW of Santa Rosa Mountain (coordinates of record) on the lower W flank of the mountain, on National Forest land. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 100 meters.

4/15/14 - Confirmed past dig location. Area is roughly 20x20 and is covered in desert grass vs. brush or catus. No beryl found but chunks of massive quartz (glassy) were recovered. (Past marijuana grow operation close by).


Local rocks include pre-Cenozoic metasedimentary and metavolcanic rocks undivided.
