A former stone deposit/mine located 6.8 km (4.2 miles) NW of Anza and 6.9 km (4.3 miles) NNE of Cahuilla, W of Thomas Mountain and E of Tripp Flats, along the N side of Hog Lake Truck Trail, on National Forest land. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 100 meters. Possibly a gravel pit based on the stated nature of the local rocks, lack of referral to any quarry.
Local rocks include Quaternary alluvium and marine deposits.
