A Au-Cu occurrence/mine located in the NW¼NW¼NW¼ sec. 6, T2S, R24E, SBM, about 3.8 km NNE of Riverside Mountain (summit), along the eastern slope of the Riverside Range. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 10 meters.

Mineralization is hosted in limestone and schist. Local rocks include Paleozoic marine rocks, undivided, unit 1 (Mojave Desert and Death Valley area).

Workings include unspecified underground openings (the topo map reflects 2 adit symbols labeled "mine" at this point).
