A former Au occurrence/mine located in the S½NE¼ and in the N½SE¼ sec. 20, T15N, R12E, MDM, about 5.6 km S of Westville and 3.3 km (2.0 miles) NW of Last Chance, on private land within a National Forest area. The property comprises 120 acres. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 500 meters.
Mineralization is a vein deposit. Local rocks include Paleozoic marine rocks, undivided, unit 4 (Western Sierra Nevada).
