A Cu-Ag-Au occurrence/prospect located in sec. 32, T14N, R8E, MDM, 3.1 km (1.9 miles) E of Bald Rock Mountain (coordinates of record) and 4.2 km (2.6 miles) NW of Hotaling, along the both sides of the Bear River. The property comprises 150 acres in Placer County and 30 acres in Nevada County. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 500 meters.

Mineralization is hosted in diorite and slate. The ore body strikes N50W and dips 30E, and occurs along the contact between the diorite and the slate. Cu shows in 3 places with a small amount on surface. Local rocks include Mesozoic volcanic rocks, unit 2 (Western Sierra Foothills and Western Klamath Mountains).

Workings include underground openings, comprised of a 55 foot 2-compartment shaft.
