A Cr occurrence located in the center SE¼ (assumed) sec. 32, T15N, R11E, MDM, about 2.3 km ENE of Hughes Mill, on the E canyon wall of Sugar Pine Canyon, on National Forest land. Owned by Lillian M. Carson (1942). MRDS database accuracy for this location is not stated.

Local rocks include ultramafic rocks, chiefly Mesozoic, unit 2 (Western Sierra Nevada and Klamath Mountains).
